Entrepreneur and businessman Jeremy Wakefield shares the inspiring story of his life where he overcame constant rejection and failure before finally succeeding in business.

Miami - April 19, 2021 /MarketersMedia/ —

Jeremy Wakefield, owner of The Middle Man Agency and Prosperity Capital has an interesting journey in his life before achieving success. Jeremy shares his story to serve as an inspiration as well as motivation to those aspiring entrepreneurs out there.

Through every school level, Jeremy was pretty much labeled as hyper and too much. Teachers and kids alike both alienated him as a hyper and active individual. While growing up, he was socially outcasted by his peers and elders. He used to be being hardly understood and always subject to rejection. But in his home life, Jeremy experienced the influence of a saleswoman and a pastor, where one was inspiring him towards business and the other inspiring him to be compassionate to others.

For Jeremy, growing up and experiencing the parenting he received, he could see and tell that first-hand education is valuable. He perceived it as difficult and coupled with a lifestyle of confusion and misperception. The ‘gifts’ he was given oftentimes felt like a curse. For him, it felt like a curse growing up because the rejection was present and constant in his life.

Fast forward, Jeremy had worked in various industries from retail, sales, outside and inside sales, and customer service. In all of those experiences, he was able to evaluate each company and business model and break them down to understand how a company earned income. Those experiences prepared him to be a successful entrepreneur in a variety of ways from monetization to business operations. He didn’t honestly realize that he was gaining an education specific to an entrepreneurship journey.

From time to time, he was obsessed with owning his own company and building his idea but never having what it took to execute it properly. However, over years coupled with various experiences and passion, he finally built a solid business model based on a unique idea he always had, and that’s where an individual could simply just refer business and be compensated a high amount that reaches 50% or more of all the commission on a sales deal.

It was The Middle Man. The first thought of this business happened 18 years ago after experiencing an outside sales job in door-to-door sales in the telecommunication industry. He was able to see quickly how a billion-dollar brand could outsource sales to a third-party sales company and garner a larger profit margin in sales.

Today, his two main business models are The Middle Man Agency, which at first was branded as Brokenot Salesforce, and Prosperity Capital. The Middle Man Agency is a private business consulting firm with a sales agency attached utilizing a referral program to gain leads to close high ticket deals. The referral program is the first of its kind paying affiliates 50% of all commissions made on the platform from deals they refer to the company.

Prosperity Capital, on the other hand, is their financial services platform providing lending for entrepreneurs and investors/traders. They also provide credit health services to assist people in securing maximum credit health as a lifestyle with the intent of helping individuals leverage their credit to invest instead of accumulating only depreciating assets.

About Prosperity Capital:
Prosperity Capital is dedicated to helping investors and entrepreneurs secure that capital to trade in financial markets, build e-commerce stores, and purchase passive income. The company has trusted partnerships with numerous brands that provide their clients with lending opportunities.

About Jeremy Wakefield:
After experiencing countless failures emotionally and financially, Jeremy learned a lesson that would change his life forever; and that is gaining a sense of accountability. The notion that people’s choices are everything that happens to them is their fault in some way. This is the lesson he felt life was consistently trying to teach him that he refused to learn. After mastering the art of accountability, he came in contact with the woman of his dreams. She was so perfect for him in the realm of business partnership and love. They both didn’t know what life has in store for them, but they quickly found out that together, they could conquer entrepreneurship.

Singapore’s 3-Michelin-star neo-Nordic Restaurant Zen reopens with a local touch

Singapore’s three-Michelin-star Restaurant Zen reopened in August 2026 after a three-month refurbishment – with a medley of changes that mark its new chapter. Founded in 2018 by Swedish chef Bjorn Frantzen, Zen inhabits a three-storey shophouse along the buzzing Bukit Pasoh Road in Chinatown. The renewed interior swaps the previous living-room setting on the ground floor for a 16-seat stone counter, in a look more reminiscent of Frantzen’s eponymous restaurant in Stockholm and FZN in Dubai. “I...

Style Edit: How Richard Mille and Ferrari fuse horological artistry with Formula One precision

The fascination with Ferrari reaches well beyond what leaves the factory gates. It encompasses not only engineering and design, but also the culture of connoisseurship and collecting that has grown around the marque. Richard Mille speaks to much the same audience. Their partnership consequently reads not as an exercise in co-branding, but as the convergence of two distinct worlds connected by performance, craftsmanship and collectibility. How Hong Kong’s post-war tattoo scene fused sailor art with Chinese imagery

When Taiwan-based tattoo artist Jimmy Shy and street-film photographer Yu Chang decided to travel to Hong Kong to document the city’s fading post-war tattoo history, they agreed on one criterion: they would find their subjects only on the street. “We relied entirely on instinct,” Shy says of the project, which started in 2023 but began life as casual phone photos years earlier. “A lot of tattoos were hidden under clothing, so whenever we had a feeling that someone might have the kind of tattoo...
