Stockholm, Sweden Jun 16, 2023 (Issuewire.com) - Finpeers, a Swiss fintech firm focused on democratizing private equity access through tokenization, and Arcario, a leading Scandinavian web3 venture builder listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market, today jointly announced a strategic investment agreement.
Under the terms of the agreement, Arcario will acquire an initial 3% stake in Finpeers, while retaining an option to secure up to an additional 3% stake. This partnership amplifies the breadth of Arcario's diverse portfolio, which includes industry leaders like K33, a research-driven digital asset brokerage, Green Data, a sustainable Bitcoin mining enterprise in northern Norway, LN Markets, a Lightning Network-based trading platform, and Pure Digital, a marketplace for interbank digital asset trading.
"We're thrilled to welcome Arcario as a strategic partner," said Sander Andersen, Founder, and CEO of Finpeers. "Arcario's deep-rooted expertise and strong network in the digital asset industry will fortify our mission to offer unparalleled, innovative tokenization investment opportunities. We are eager to leverage Arcario's insights to enhance our capabilities and propel our growth."
Echoing Andersen's sentiments, Michael Jackson, Chairman of Arcario, shared, "In my years observing the financial ecosystem's rapid evolution, it's become clear that the tokenization of traditional assets holds transformative potential. This strategic investment in Finpeers is more than just another alliance; it's a step forward in the web3 adoption narrative that we are passionate about. With this partnership, we are not only enriching our portfolio but also deepening our commitment to innovation and inclusivity within the financial sector."
The finalization of the agreement is contingent on a satisfactory due diligence review of Finpeers by Arcario. Symbolizing Arcario's commitment to financial innovation, this partnership lays the groundwork for a future where more individuals can engage in potentially profitable private equity deals.
As the financial landscape continues to evolve at a rapid pace, this strategic alliance between Finpeers and Arcario underscores their joint commitment to driving the democratization of the private equity market.
