Flowers are a popular gift to give people on different occasions. Depending on the situation, they provide various effects. The only downside of a flower bouquet is that it's restricted by nature. In a few days or weeks, the flowers will start to die, rendering the gift useless. One company from Bexley has come up with a creative idea to change this: flower preservation. In fact, the idea has become so popular that the company swept up an impressive three awards after just one year in business.
Creative flower preservation
Magenta Flowers is certainly looking to change the game. Instead of selling traditional bouquets or flower arrangements, the business specialises in preserving flowers through unique gifts. This ranges from glass photo frames with flowers preserved in the middle, to more complex keepsakes. It's proven to be a hit with customers, offering a new way to send flowers to people for different occasions.
The company only started in 2019, but its already seen some staggering success. Last year, Magenta Flowers picked up two big awards at the Greater London Enterprise Awards. This included the Best Emerging Creative Business 2020, and the Client Service Excellence Award 2020. Both are highly prestigious awards that show just how far the company has come in such a short space of time.
As if that wasn't enough, Magenta Flowers also earned an award at the Bexley Business Awards 2020. They were awarded as commended in the Made in Bexley category, which is some feat considering the fierce local competition.
Thinking outside of the box
This small business is one of the few bright lights in an otherwise dark and gloomy 2020. It's a testament to the owners that the company was able to, not only stay afloat but thrive during a turbulent twelve months. The success can be put down to Magenta Flowers ability to think outside of the box. Flower companies aren't hard to find - lots of businesses offer arrangements or bouquet delivery services. However, Magenta chose to go down a different path and think differently. This has led to thousands of customers ending up with unique keepsakes and products. It's why the business has amassed over 200 positive reviews in just over a year and goes some way to explaining how this small business earned three awards in 2020 alone.
About Magenta Flowers
Magenta Flowers was founded in summer 2019, by a local couple from Bexley. The owners have a passion for flowers and crafts, leading to the business being born. Since the beginning of 2020, the company has gone from strength to strength and now employs a team of designers to create magical keepsakes. All the products are handmade, and customers can send in their flowers to have them preserved forever.
