Bitcoin Policy Institute is proud to announce the Bitcoin Policy Summit,
taking place on April 26th, 2023 at the National Press Club.
This conference will bring together global industry leaders, elected officials, policymakers,
regulatory authorities, Congressional staffers, and Bitcoin experts to discuss the future of Bitcoin
policy. With a focus on innovation and regulation, the summit will explore how Bitcoin is unique
among digital assets and how it strengthens America both domestically and internationally.
Speakers and panels will address head-on the narratives shaping policy decisions and other
challenges facing the industry.
The one-day, invite-only event will feature keynote speakers, panel discussions, and interactive
sessions covering a range of topics including national security, bitcoin mining, energy
infrastructure, global competitiveness, and human rights.
"We want to change the narrative," said Grant McCarty, Co-Executive Director of the Bitcoin
Policy Institute. "Bitcoin is a tool that can be used for good, but most people in DC haven't heard
that side of the story yet. We're excited to discuss how embracing this technology in Washington
can ultimately benefit the United States."
