Savory breakfast crepes with bacon, jumbo egg, and many more are now on the menu at Crepes a la Cart Kitchen. One of the bestsellers is the American Classic, which has egg, cheddar cheese, and bacon. A vegetarian version with spinach, mushrooms, onion, bell pepper, and tomato is also available.

This update is in response to the growing demand for fully-loaded savory breakfast crepes. Since this is the most important meal of the day, Crepes a la Cart Kitchen created their own signature crepes that feature familiar breakfast combinations.
Aside from the American Classic, this crepe kitchen also offers Crepe Benedict with Swiss cheese, ham, egg, and hollandaise sauce. For a creamy twist, the restaurant recommends substituting brie for Swiss cheese. The ham can be substituted for smoked salmon for a heart-healthy breakfast.
Crepes a la Cart Kitchen’s B.E.S.T crepe has bacon, egg, spinach, tomato, and a garlic aioli dressing. Cheese lovers can have cheddar, mozzarella, Swiss, brie, or cream cheese as an add-on.
The crepe kitchen recommends the Minturn Special for customers who want a light but flavorful breakfast. This crepe has smoked salmon, jumbo egg, brie, red onion, spinach, and a dill and chive sauce. Capers can be added for an extra savory punch.
Designed for big appetites, the Summit has a jumbo fried egg, flank steak, bacon, mushrooms, and hollandaise sauce. Crepes a la Cart Kitchen recommends adding cheddar, mozzarella, brie, or Swiss for more flavor, and jalapeno for a spicy kick.
The crepe restaurant offers sides, as well. Customers can choose from eggs, bacon, banana, or strawberries. Gluten-free batter is also available.
Crepes a la Cart Kitchen is an award-winning crepe cart that was started in 2000. Based in Colorado, they have three locations that serve the same high-quality crepe that the restaurant is known for.
