They were looking for a solution that would understand their unique needs and provide an aligned solution to help them simplify their entire college operations, including budgeting, reporting, payrolls, and approval mechanisms to make internal processes smooth.
Their current NAV version was unable to cope with their changing needs and was showing performance issues, lags, and errors. Here, Dynamics Square made them realize the need for a modern and refined solution that can streamline all operations while connecting all departments of the college.
Dynamics Square implemented the latest version of Dynamics 365 Business Central to enable them to utilize automation while eliminating redundancies from their entire college operations. We have configured their budget module, developed workflows to eliminate most of the manual tasks, integrated Microsoft native applications, and enhanced overall productivity as well as efficiency.
