Claude Zdanow named Managing Director in Miami, Florida

Oct 7, 2026

MIAMI - Oct. 7, 2026 - PRLog -- STS Capital Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Claude Zdanow as a Managing Director.

A public-company CEO, serial founder, and M&A principal, Claude brings nearly two decades of experience building, scaling, acquiring, and selling businesses to STS. Prior to becoming a Managing Director, Claude was part of the STS Global Advisor Network, where he contributed industry expertise shaped by his experience as a founder, operator, and acquirer.

With more than 15 completed acquisitions and transactions representing more than $250 million in enterprise value, Claude brings deep, practical M&A experience. Having sat on both sides of the table as a buyer and a seller, he knows how strategic buyers evaluate a business, what drives their valuation, and what it takes to close a deal.

He is CEO of ONAR Holding Corporation, a publicly traded, AI-powered marketing platform serving middle-market and growth-stage brands. Before ONAR, he founded Stadiumred Group in 2007, building the company from a single recording studio into a global marketing agency holding company through eight acquisitions, ultimately reaching nearly $100 million in revenue and almost 100 employees. Stadiumred's client roster included 7-Eleven, Brown-Forman, Pernod Ricard, and Disney's FX Networks, and the company was recognized as one of Adweek's fastest-growing agencies and named to the Inc. 5000. Claude exited the business in 2021.

Claude's background spans marketing, technology, music and entertainment, alcohol and spirits, consumer products, hospitality, and specialty chemicals. He currently serves on the board of Chemtech Holdings and is a member of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO).

"Claude's experience as both a founder and an acquirer gives him a firsthand understanding of what it takes to build a business strategic buyers want, and that perspective will be a tremendous asset to our clients as they work toward their own Extraordinary Exits™," said Sean Friday, CEO of STS Capital Partners.

The Mage review: Josie Ho scavenges lost souls in supernatural detective thriller

2.5/5 stars A seemingly deranged rubbish collector makes for an unorthodox cinematic sleuth. Yet this is precisely the conceit of The Mage, a supernatural whodunnit that pairs the pungent outcast with a cynical police detective to make sense of a spate of gruesome deaths in Hong Kong. Beneath the grime is Josie Ho Chiu-yee. The billionaire heiress has long exhibited a fascination with the wealth spectrum’s lower end in the stylised horror films produced by her own studio, 852 Films, having...
