The release of the EASE mobile app allows auditors to conduct audits and weekly check-ins to measure process performance and provide administrative support during transitions such as staffing changes.
The platform supports the use of customized dashboards indicating positive and negative trends. Metrics include audit completion rates, top failed locations within the plant, and question compliance.
For managers overseeing multiple manufacturing plants, EASE has features to compare plant audits and performance between locations. For specific reports, EASE can build custom reports and charts that can be made available directly within the app. The mobile audit platform can provide a walk-through of building check sheets, defining issue mitigation workflows, audit scheduling and reporting, and launch a digital audit program in four weeks.
