Garden City, Idaho - May 16, 2022 —
Enroll.com owner Hart Cunningham has formally started the initial steps towards 12 healthcare acquisitions within the existing web2.0 infrastructure with limited technology expertise, but a consistent and residual client base. Enroll.com will be combing its own financial growth with the 12 acquired companies to form a complete healthcare platform across the entire healthcare value chain, with Web3 transitional focus of blockchain within data sets of daily operations, and currency connectivity between patients and providers.
The transparency of the Web3 revolution in healthcare, led by Enroll.com, will empower trillions in savings, eliminating fraud and healthcare overcharges. Since large or public companies are often valued more highly than smaller ones in a fragmented space, Enroll.com will enable its future private equity firms to drive value from the Web3 expansion, newly formed public entity - with a dozen Enroll.com acquisitions over the next 18 months, prior to public formation, filing on NASDAQ exchange.
Enroll.com will empower its 12 acquisitions with its internal programming team, and web3 focus/transformation of the new business via an Initial Public Offering (IPO). In the Enroll.com Web3 healthcare roll-up merger, the owners of the 12 acquired companies being merged will receive a combination of cash and shares in return for their equity in the Enroll.com IPO.
Hart Cunningham, the founder of Enroll.com, has built software platforms in the financial space since graduating as the youngest at Claremont Graduate University at age 22 while building a currency called "Funny Money." This currency empowered teens to spend loyalty points on eCommerce sites after earning rewards from Disney and other teen-focused content channels. Since then, Hart has finalized in the diligent Annual Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of Year Awards, with 3 different companies in three different decades.
Second, Hart created and grew “Speak with a Geek” in his twenties, and finally created and sold Integrate.com in his thirties. Hart was a POTUS candidate in 2020 representing the Democratic Party, while campaigning across 9 states, while headquartered in Cambridge, staffed by Harvard University undergrad and graduate students, and a campaign manager. Hart participated in academics at Harvard University in 2000 and 2018, while also writing his papers on Discounted Cash flow analysis at the University of Washington, after his Masters at Claremont Graduate University.
