ER Injury Attorneys was thrilled to announce its participation in the 2023 NJA’s Trial Lawyers Care Holiday Toy Drive by serving as a dedicated drop-off location for donations. The initiative aims to bring joy to local vulnerable children across the state during the upcoming holiday season.
The drop-off location at ER Injury Attorneys will be open through December 14, during regular business hours, located at 1700 S. Pavilion Center Drive, #530, Las Vegas, NV 89135. Donors are encouraged to contribute toys suitable for various age groups, ensuring that children of all ages receive a special gift during the holidays.
Those unable to visit the physical drop-off location can shop online from two Amazon Wish lists. Toys will then be mailed directly to FEAT of Southern Nevada or Ashlee’s Toy Closet. Visit nevadajustice.org to learn more and for easy access to each wish list.
As a responsible member of the community, ER Injury Attorneys is proud to support this noble cause and invites the community to join hands in making a difference in the lives of children. The toy drive will provide an opportunity for staff members, clients, and community members to contribute new, unwrapped toys for children of all ages.
"Our team is delighted to collaborate with NJA’s Trial Lawyers Care in spreading joy and warmth this holiday season," said Justin Randall, founding lawyer at ER Injury Attorneys. "We recognize the importance of giving back and are honored to be a drop-off point for this wonderful initiative. Every toy donated will help bring a smile to a child's face during this special time of year."

Though data suggests tobacco use has long been trending downward, experts say if we want it to stay that way, harmful online content that glamourizes smoking shouldn't be ignored.

For generations, South Africans have known how to welcome people, whether through a steaming pot of umngqusho shared around the fire or the careful sweeping of a verandah before guests arrived. Hospitality is a vital part of our heritage and has long been one of the threads connecting our various cultures and traditions. As a nation, we are well-known for it: a quality closely linked to the philosophy of ubuntu, which reminds us that our humanity is bound up in one another.

Milan, Italy’s fashion capital and home to this year’s World’s 50 Best Bars awards ceremony, offers bites as exquisite as its reputation. As international fashion companies increasingly incorporate traditional Chinese design elements into their collections, accusations of cultural appropriation have flooded social media. In recent years, brands such as Zara and Adidas have been criticised for adopting Chinese tailoring features such as Mandarin collars and pankou, or frog buttons. While Zara drew backlash for mislabelling these elements as generic “fireman clasps” without acknowledging their heritage, Adidas sparked debate over...

Munich’s Oktoberfest was never on my travel bucket list. But it offered a chance to meet up with good friends from Hong Kong and their adorable toddler, Joshua, who go to the festival every year as a family. So there I was, spending a weekend at Theresienwiese, surrounded by bewildering varieties of beer and their drinkers. The annual Oktoberfest, first held in October 1810 to celebrate a royal wedding, is about more than just beer. There are amusement rides, games, stalls selling things you...
