Recycling is essential for minimizing the impact of human waste on the environment, with many of the commonly discharged items being recyclable.

To reduce overall recycling cost, the report also suggests flattening cardboard, rinsing containers, and throwing out the small lids on plastic bottles.
Readers will also find an extensive list of recycling “don’ts”. Items which should not be recycled include food, cellophane, prepackaged food bags, toothpaste and similar tubes, lightbulbs, laminated plastics and used paper towels and coffee filters.
For optimal recycling, the report also suggest not using plastic bags to dispose of recyclable items, as these can clog the sorting machine.
The latest report is part of the company’s efforts to provide practical resources on health, nutrition, fitness and environmental awareness.
