According to the announcement, the meeting will be held on Dec. 19, 2022, at 8 p.m. ET. The meeting will be held in Hong Kong. Agenda items to be covered during the shareholder meeting include the approval and ratification of Tiezhu (David) Zhang as a director of the company as well as other matters that are determined to warrant consideration. According to the announcement, only shareholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 21, 2022, ET are entitled to receive notice of and to vote at the annual general meeting.
