Kratom Company on Track to Consolidate Burgeoning Industry

Aug 25, 2022

MIT45, a kratom company with eyes to the future, has been aggressively expanding in a rapidly growing market as kratom begins to turn mainstream.

August 25, 2022 – Salt Lake City, UT – MIT45 is signaling a transition to the next stage of evolution as they begin shifting to acquisitions in an effort to grow revenue and consolidate an industry that has seen many startups over the past few years. Ryan Niddel, the CEO of MIT45, is leading the charge and brings significant experience and success to this area. They are currently in the process of acquiring multiple companies and plan to consolidate the market before mid 2023.

For the past 3 years, MIT45 has solidified their reputation as the Gold Standard in the industry. They were recently named a Top 3 Innovative Company in 2022. They were recently recognized in LA Newswire for the excellent workplace culture developed over the previous couple of years and for leading the charge for the regulation of the industry.

The previous 3 years have been a case study in hyper growth and development as company revenue has increased by 400% YoY for 5 years running. This has been done through the addition of new product lines, an expansion of distribution and marketing, and refinement of operations. Now they are entering the phase of acquiring multiple companies as the industry has seen an onslaught of competitors enter the market as the popularity of kratom has started to go mainstream (as evidenced in the expansion of convenience stores now carrying kratom products).

As MIT45 continues to expand the reach and develop additional kratom product lines (many of which are a first in the industry) they look to expand both horizontally and vertically. The latest round of discussions with other companies looks to integrate this into their long-term growth strategy.

Ryan Niddel, the CEO of MIT45, had this to say about the transition into the new phase of acquisitions, “We have had strong dynamic growth over the past couple years, and now we’re ready to push into new areas for this industry. We are tackling the next stage of growth and continue our expansion and are currently in discussion with multiple companies. We are on track to absorb a significant portion of the market by 2023.”

Acquisitions are currently at an all-time high and continuing to grow. Recently Wolters Kluwer, a global provider of professional information, software solutions, and services for professionals, published an article of business trends in 2022 and stated, “2021 was an unprecedented year of M&A with $2.9 trillion in acquisitions (up 55% from the previous year). 2022 is currently on track to exceed 2021.”

MIT45 has been at the forefront of the industry and consistently pushing the boundaries of growth, quality, and the expansion into new areas for kratom. They are well on their way to increasing market share through their expansion strategies. As the foundation of the company, consumer demand and revenue have steadily increased year over year, the company is poised to become the Coca-Cola of kratom and is currently on track to consolidate the industry by 2023.

A Polish priest’s perilous mission to save a doomed Chinese dynasty with Catholic links

I spent a week in Warsaw and ate more pierogi than I could shake a stick at. These beloved traditional Polish dumplings come filled with potatoes, cheese, meat, mushrooms and even fruit. Boiled or fried, they may look familiar to anyone acquainted with jiaozi, the Chinese dumpling, although their flavours are distinctly Polish. This is not to suggest that dumplings travelled directly from China to Poland. One theory posits that dumpling-like foods – from Nepalese momo and Central Asian and...
