Get to know Dentist Dr. Kurt Rupenthal, who serves patients in Carmel, Indiana.

New York City, New York Jan 19, 2021 (Issuewire.com) - A one-of-a-kind dentist, Dr. Rupenthal is known for his caring and compassionate nature. Since 1985, he has been practicing dentistry in Carmel, Indiana, serving as the owner & operator of Rupenthal Dentistry.

Patients always feel at ease when they come to see Dr. Rupenthal. His conservative care paired with much-appreciated attention to detail keeps them coming back, whether they're visiting for a regular cleaning or dental implants.

Dedicated to improving smiles and achieving optimal oral health, some of the services that he offers include: crowns & bridges, sedation dentistry, dental hygiene appointments, extractions, dental sealants, dental fillings, full & partial dentures, dental implants, veneers, teeth whitening, cosmetic bonding, and inlays & onlays.

Raised on the West Side of Indianapolis, Dr. Rupenthal was a student at Ben Davis High School. He earned his biology degree from Wabash College (1981) and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Indiana University School of Dentistry (1985), bringing his expertise to the forefront of every appointment. He is also a graduate of Dawson Academy.

Always excited and eager to learn more about the ever-changing field of dentistry, Dr. Rupenthal is committed to continuing his education. Considering himself to be a "continuing education junkie", he logs 75+ hours each year to expand his knowledge and keep up with the latest and greatest methods, milestones, and medical achievements in the world of dentistry. His devotion to dentistry means every patient will have an educated and encouraging experience.

Among his professional dental affiliations, he is a member of the Spear Study Club, the American Dental Association, the Indiana Dental Association, the Indianapolis District Dental Society, and Rotary International.

Filled with Carmel pride, Dr. Rupenthal's selfless service to the local community extends well beyond dentistry, as he is the proud Parade Marshal of The Carmel Fest 4th of July Parade. Fans, friends, patients, and staff adore seeing the doctor celebrate with Carmel spirit. He was also named Rotarian of the Year.

Dentistry, also known as Dental and Oral Medicine, is a branch of medicine that consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of the oral cavity. Dentists diagnose and treat dental issues and help patients develop better oral hygiene regimens. They clean teeth, correct bite issues, perform surgeries and extractions and perform other duties to ensure that the teeth and mouth are healthy.

On a more personal note, Dr. Rupenthal is married to Kathy, the warm and welcoming face patients first see at the practice's front desk when they come in for their dental appointments. The couple is the proud parents of three sons.

Along with community-based involvement, Dr. Rupenthal is often geared-up for the great outdoors, be it a day of hiking, a weekend camping trip, or taking exciting adventure-seeking vacations. When he is not aiming for an adrenaline rush, one will likely find him tending to his garden or restoring his '56 MGA.

A human skull was carried into a Czech town in late September as part of the country’s observance of St Wenceslas Day, officially the day of Czech statehood. The public holiday honours Wenceslas, the 10th century ruler later venerated as the patron saint of the Czech lands and the “Good King Wenceslas” of the familiar Christmas carol. Wenceslas (Václav in Czech) was born around 907 and became ruler of Bohemia as a teenager. Raised as a Christian, he promoted Christianity – then relatively new to...
