MARIE'S Wine Bar Will Bring Its New Flair to the City of Waco, Texas with its Grand Opening on January 23, 2024. #MeetMeAtMaries
WACO, Texas - Jan. 23, 2024 - PRLog -- Innovative Restauranteurs, Sidney Warren and Aniceto Charles, have joined forces to bring a new upscale wine bar experience to the heart of Central Texas in Downtown Waco. The Grand Opening for MARIE'S Wine Bar will be held today at 7:00 p.m. complete with Ribbon Cutting and Media Meet & Greet activities, along with a Community Celebration. MARIE'S Wine Bar is located at 723 Austin Avenue in Waco, Texas 76701.
"For us, MARIE'S is family. MARIE'S Wine Bar embodies elegance, beauty, and grace within three generations of my family. This sentiment is presented in MARIE'S Wine Bar and offers a unique take on a traditional wine bar where guests have an opportunity to get away in a magical world," states MARIE'S Wine Bar Proprietor, Sidney Warren. "At MARIE'S Wine Bar, we made wine the focus. Not only are we serving and selling wine, but wine bottles and French wine barrels are a part of our décor and more. You may not be at a vineyard, but at MARIE'S Wine Bar, you will feel like you are close to being at a vineyard."
Since 2020, MARIE'S Wine Bar has established good and positive brand equity in Waco. In 2021, MARIE'S Wine Bar began providing all of the wine as the exclusive distributor of Czech wine to PIVOVAR Restaurant in downtown Waco. During the 2021 Baylor Football season, MARIE'S Wine Bar became the exclusive Beer and Wine provider for the Baylor Football Tailgate festivities in the Brazos Parking Lot. Over the years, MARIE'S Wine Bar has also catered events presented by Art Center Waco, City Center Waco, and the Waco Family & Faith International Film Festival, to name a few. Additional features of MARIE'S Wine Bar include a private wine tasting room as well as live music from local and national artists. Original visual art also graces the walls at MARIE'S Wine Bar from Art Center Waco as well as by local artists. Therefore, all of this momentum has led to the anticipated opening of MARIE'S Wine Bar in its current prime location in the center of downtown Waco, Texas.
"MARIE'S Wine Bar is that upscale and relatable destination where guests can relax and unwind as well as have fun, good conversation, and listen to great music," states MARIE'S Wine Bar Co-Proprietor, Aniceto C. Charles. "Furthermore, our in-house sommelier team at MARIE'S Wine Bar will impress our guests as well as serve them with great wines, champagne, and beer from around the world."

For a while, the blueprint for a serious wellness trip looked pretty much the same everywhere. A flight to somewhere warm, a resort with a view of jungle or terraced rice paddies, a treatment menu borrowing names from ancient traditions, and enough linen to last a lifetime. Scotland was never really part of that picture. It was the place people went for whisky, castles and rain, not the place they went to reset. Then this summer, Scotland’s men’s football team appeared at their first World Cup...
