You may know OT and his penchant for helping the community if you are a Philadelphia resident. He was raised there in a home filled with music that ranged from reggae to smooth R&B. The sounds of Earth Wind & Fire, Bob Marley, and Last Poets all took over the walls of his childhood home.
OT was brought up with a sense of community that many learn later in life. His father, mother, and grandmother all reminded him to always be kind and practice what he preaches. He has leaned on his faith for support throughout the years and to this day, it has not faltered.
Initially, OT was driven towards a career in computer science, earning a degree in the subject, but found a love in music as he did when he was a child. He used that knowledge to create the show that we all know and love today "The OT Radio Show". OT channeled his giving spirit and used the platform to provide elevation to others who were also entertainers or owners of small businesses.
His top interview was one with author and radio host, Michael Baisden as they established a bond after the show to discuss the business and personal ends of hosting. As the pandemic has affected us all, it has affected OT but he is using the spread of digital technology to his benefit. He has not only networked but has also had an increase of guests on his show!
On Aug 13th he partnered with the Borough of East Lansdowne and East Athletic Association, and sponsored their " 1st Community Book Bag Drive. "This was an amazing experience and I am looking forward to participating next year," says OT.

As someone who enjoys savoury, pickled and highly pungent foods, my interest was piqued when I saw that the Disgusting Food Museum had come to Hong Kong. If I loved even the strongest of blue cheeses and stinky tofu, surely I would have a good time at the exhibition. Founded in Sweden in 2018, the museum went viral through a mixture of grotesque fascination and cultural pushback, as critics questioned the fairness of labelling traditional foods – such as the Chinese century egg – as...
This month’s round-up spans the city’s most exciting openings, from a South Korean pot rice chain with more than 70 stores back home to a froyo counter tucked inside a Sai Wan launderette. There’s a relocated Michelin-recognised French-Japanese tasting menu in Causeway Bay, a neo-retro rooftop revival in Central and a Cantonese concept that curiously shares its name with a famous Michelin three-star institution. British pub classics land in SoHo, American soft-serve arrives soon and Wagyu takes...

Every month in Hong Kong brings a fresh line-up of cafes and coffee shops, but this October will see brew nerds even more caffeinated than ever. International Coffee Day kicks things off on October 1, a day that also sees two new coffee festivals begin: one held across multiple districts over three consecutive weekends, and one focusing on Japan-based roasters and cafes.
