Morphett Vale, Australia - June 19, 2017 /PressCable/ —
Residential Letting is celebrating their 18th Anniversary, which commemorates 18 very exciting and rewarding years in business. This is a huge milestone for the Morphett Vale Adelaide-based Real estate rental services business, which has provided property management services to home owners looking to rent out their house, and to ensure the care of their property since 1999.
Residential Letting got it’s start in 1999 when founder Debbie Drewer saw the need in Adelaide for dedicated property management. This was an easy choice as she had experience working in both South Australia and and Northern Territory, so had first had experience in what was required.
One of the earliest challenges Residential Letting faced was building brand awareness and establishing reputation, this was easily overcome by providing excellent service.
While every business of course faces challenges, some, like Residential Letting are fortunate enough to enjoy real successes, wins and victories too. One such victory came when they were approached by a large company to manage the letting of their development. .
Deb Drewer, Managing Director at Residential Letting was also quoted when discussing another big win. “One of the high points of Residential Letting’s history was when we had an article written in a large newspaper about their excellent services. The article introduced their team and their management style, this was well received by Adelaide as they had an influx of new landlords wanting them to manage their properties. .”
Residential Letting’s Founder, Debbie Drewer says “We’re delighted to be celebrating our 18 Year Anniversary. I believe the secret to getting this far in business today is hard work and a dedication to providing an excellent service ”.
Residential Letting currently consists of 11 employees and has big plans for the upcoming year. One of their core objectives is to continue providing excellent property management to Adelaide and potentially expand into other states .
Residential Letting would also like to thank friends, customers and all its partners for their well wishes on this happy occasion.
