S Miami Reformer Pilates Studio With Private Attention in Group Classes Opens
Oct 2, 2026
Natural Pilates is opening a new studio in South Miami in October 2026, bringing its signature blend of athletic movement and classical Pilates principles to South Florida.
South Miami, United States, October 2, 2026 /NewsNetwork/ -- Natural Pilates is bringing its distinctive approach to Pilates to South Miami, with a new studio scheduled to open in October 2026. The expansion will give local clients access to the brand’s signature training method, equipment-based classes, and an approach designed to bring the focused attention of private instruction into a group setting.
More information is available at https://www.naturalpilates.com/
The South Miami opening responds to growing demand for a Pilates experience where group classes deliver the same quality of attention a client would expect from a private session. "We built Natural Pilates around the idea that every client deserves that level of instruction, regardless of whether they are in a room with ten other people," a representative for the studio said. “That approach is what has defined our brand over the years.”
The South Miami studio will add to Natural Pilates' existing locations across California and New York.
What sets the Natural Pilates experience apart is how seriously it takes the classical Pilates repertoire without treating it as a fixed routine. Joseph Pilates designed his method around purposeful movement, with every exercise connected to a specific function and every repetition counted for something. Natural Pilates carries that intention into a more athletic context, pairing it with the kind of hands-on instruction and individualized cueing that most group fitness settings never attempt.
The South Miami studio will offer group Reformer sessions, Trio and Quad classes for smaller groups, and private and semi-private training for clients who want one-on-one attention. During class, participants will use the Merrithew V2Max Plus Reformer and Tower and Stability Chair.
"Whether you're in a group, a Trio or Quad, or a private session, our goal is to make the instruction feel personal and attentive," the spokesperson added. "That's what allows us to meet clients where they are and help them get more from every movement."

Global tourism is entering a new era of strategic choices. The industry is still generating economic growth, but geopolitical instability, climate pressures, investment challenges and technological disruption are testing its long-term competitiveness. The numbers reveal a paradox. According to the World Economic Forum’s Travel & Tourism Development Index 2026, 92% of the 110 economies assessed have improved their conditions for tourism development since 2024. The World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) forecasts a US$12 trillion contribution to the global economy in 2026, supporting around 376 million jobs.
Stand-up comedian Jordan Leung on moving to the US and Hong Kong show backlash
“I think about quitting all the time,” says Jordan Leung, known to his Instagram followers as @69ranch. As one of Hong Kong’s most prominent stand-up comedians to emerge in recent years, Leung’s pessimism is surprising. “I don’t wanna make social media content,” the 33-year-old admits. “Now I’m just fixated on likes and stuff … I don’t know how much longer I can do this.” Sitting directly across the table from him, it is not always easy to tell when Leung is being sincere or performing his...

Scotland’s wild wellness boom, from Gleneagles to Loch Lomond
For a while, the blueprint for a serious wellness trip looked pretty much the same everywhere. A flight to somewhere warm, a resort with a view of jungle or terraced rice paddies, a treatment menu borrowing names from ancient traditions, and enough linen to last a lifetime. Scotland was never really part of that picture. It was the place people went for whisky, castles and rain, not the place they went to reset. Then this summer, Scotland’s men’s football team appeared at their first World Cup...
