Stevie Hawkins Takes Home 'Best Blues Artist' Honor At The Indie Music Channel Awards - Hollywood

Atlanta, Georgia Sep 11, 2023 (Issuewire.com) - On September 3, 2023, the "Hang On To A Dream Theater" in Hollywood, California, was filled with anticipation and excitement. Independent artists, songwriters, VIP guests, and representatives from the global music, film, and television industries were in attendance. As the red carpet closed, the nominees and dignitaries made their way inside to find out who would triumph in the 11th Annual Indie Music Channel Awards.
Stevie Hawkins, a blues music master artist, prevailed, winning the "Best Blues Artist" award for the performance of his blues/soul composition entitled "Lonely No More", co-written by Charlotte Hannon, Hawkins' longtime songwriting collaborator. The award recipients were selected by a world-wide panel of judges comprised of A&R personnel, DJs, and music industry professionals.
