The International MLS [IMLS]® Now Provides Single Signup Option [SSO] For MLSs and Associations

Boca Raton, Florida Feb 17, 2023 (Issuewire.com) - The International MLS [IMLS]® is pleased to announce today that it has completed its Single Signup Option [SSO] platform which enables members of a participating MLS or Association under The IMLS MLS Member Benefits Plan to pass thru into their own IMLS member area dashboard to take advantage of everything The IMLS offers.
This includes the Global Agent Directory as well as the recently completed MLS login Global Syndication platform where all IMLS members can syndicate their own listings into 100+ real estate portals in 60+ countries that attract an estimated 145,000,000 viewers a month.
According to The IMLS CEO/Founder Dr. Daniel Nussbaum, "We are proud to say that we have now simplified the participation of MLS and Association members of MLSs and Associations who partner with us and provide The IMLS as a member benefit to all of their members. This eliminates their need to remember or enter their login IDs and passwords to gain entry into their own IMLS secure area. We have created the ability to accept either a SAML or Auth0 metadata SSO spec simplifying the handshake between the MLS/Association and The IMLS to become seamless for their members.
Additionally, with SSO, MLS-IMLS agents can take advantage of IMLS Special Product Options and Opportunities to build their businesses locally and globally with buyers and sellers. This includes The IMLS international web page with IMLS/IDX search and Google Translate which provides an automated global property sharing of listings between agents worldwide. Their customers can view all IMLS listings around the world in more than 100 languages with their web visitors staying on that agent's own URL and with the agent getting the buyer leads to make referrals to other agents as they choose," said Dr. Nussbaum.
All IMLS members can have Agent Directory listings for every city they service, have full access to their own secure area in The IMLS Agent platform, and be able to network internationally while providing their listings with international exposure.
The IMLS global technology platform addresses the growing concerns about the direction of the real estate industry by making certain core ethical promises. The IMLS never advertises other agents on a personal member's listing page, and if a consumer is interested in a property, only that listing agent will receive the lead. The IMLS initiative is about putting the real estate market back in the hands of agents and brokers.
This SSO opportunity is expected to expand IMLS memberships significantly and continues IMLS expansion throughout the world.
