Virtue Professional Maintenance Services (VirtuePro), a Portland Oregon based roof cleaning and gutter cleaning business, acquires Beaverton window cleaner Clear Summit Window & Exterior Cleaning.

March 3, 2020. Fairview, Oregon. Virtue Professional Maintenance Services (“VirtuePro”) acquired Clear Summit Window & Exterior Cleaning, a Beaverton, Oregon based provider of window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning services throughout the Portland Metro area of Northwest Oregon.
“Although VirtuePro has continued to grow its client base through organic growth, by providing quality, affordable property maintenance services, such as: pressure washing, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning with moss treatment, as well as window washing, when the opportunity to serve additional customers arises, such as the acquisition of Clear Summit Window & Exterior Cleaning, we will always look into it,” states Co-owner, John Schwab. He continues, “Clear Summit Window & Exterior Cleaning had established itself as a quality provider of services similar to what we already do well at VirtuePro, so we decided to make this work for both parties, and more importantly, for the customers served by the previous owner.”
Lisa Schwab, VirtuePro’s other co-owner stated: “Our objective when working with this type of transition is to make sure the existing customers know that we will continue to provide them with the same high level of service as the previous owner and that we value their relationship as a customer.”
