Vancouver,Canada - September 15, 2022 /PressCable/ —
With their new commuter-focused personal training plans, TSquared Personal Training helps their clients with the fundamentals of daily movement, functional strength, and ease. As such, their sessions focus on essential skills, like improving balance, and fixing common problems experienced by people who work long hours in front of a computer, like frozen shoulder.

The launch of the personal trainer’s new commuter and office-worker programs coincides with the latest research on the impacts of a desk-bound job on one’s body. As was recently reported in the Financial Post, sitting for eight hours a day is now linked with a higher risk of muscular-skeletal disorders, obesity, heart disease, diabetes, and even cancer.
However, as TSquared Personal Training knows, in a bustling, big corporate city like Vancouver BC, many of its residents have little choice in the matter when it comes to living a predominately sedentary lifestyle.
As such, their leading personal trainer, Troy Tyrell, believes that it is essential that residents carve out time to take control of their physical condition in order to mitigate the effects of long hours spent in front of a desk and commuting back and forward between work and home.
TSquared Personal Training is now offering Yaletown and Vancouver’s commuters three different training paths. Firstly, they have their small group training, with group sizes not exceeding five people. They believe that a positive, community atmosphere combined with an efficient full-body workout is the perfect option for people who are low on time and looking for a fast and friendly way to boost their core fitness.
Secondly, clients can elect for one-on-one personal training. Head trainer Tyrell recommends this option for people who want to build workouts that target their specific problem areas and want to make a radical change in their form, strength, and fitness levels.
Finally, for those people who are suffering from common-work related conditions like frozen shoulder, carpal tunnel syndrome, poor posture and mouse elbow, as well as other injuries, TSquared Personal Training offers personal injury rehabilitation.
TSquared Personal Training was founded by lead trainer Troy Tyrell, with over 20 years of experience as a professional and certified personal trainer.
A spokesperson for the fitness service said, “We Get it, you’re busy. That’s why we created various personal training options to fit your schedule and budget. We will help you to maximize results and overcome plateaus with training options that challenge and motivate you every time.”
